Entry Notes
- This display is open exclusively to Type 1s built before August 1960.
- We regret that those who do not pre-book will have to pay the normal entry fee and will not be able to park with the display.
- Don’t worry if your car is not pristine – we are happy to see daily drivers or restoration projects as long as they are not overtly modified or lowered.
- All details on the booking form must be completed in full or application will be refused.
- Those who would like to enter the concours can still join the display as Class 1 vehicles in the concours are contained within the display area. As in previous years, you should additionally pre-book your concours place. See Concours d’Elegance booking details.
- Your vehicle must display a pre-booked pass on its internal rear view mirror and be parked with the rest of the cars in the display, allowing the marshals to identify you clearly and avoid stopping you unnecessarily and causing delays.
- You must arrive between 8 am and 11 am and be prepared to leave your vehicle on stand until 4 pm. The site must be vacated by 7.30 pm on the day of the show.
- All display vehicles are admitted at the discretion of the display manager, whose decision is final.
- All participants in the displays should note that vehicles are displayed entirely at the owners’ risk and neither the Leicestershire and Warwickshire VW Owners’ Club nor Stanford Hall accept any liability for actions beyond their control.
- The LWVWOC takes privacy very seriously. The information you provide will be used exclusively for the purposes of organising the event. We never pass your details to third parties.
